The PNG Hunters are a professional rugby league team currently competing in the QRL Hostplus Cup rugby league competition. After a three-year relocation period in Runaway Bay, Gold Coast, the Hunters are finally back on home soil in Papua New Guinea and will compete in the 2023 Hostplus Cup competition out of the National Football Stadium, Port Moresby.
This is your chance to join the hunt and lead Papua New Guinea’s iconic sporting team in the Queensland-based competition.
If you have an irrevocable passion for rugby league and an interest in developing the next generation of talent out of PNG via a genuine pathway into the NRL, this role is for you. As Head Coach you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the High Performance Staff to manage all staff and players in the club and to ultimately deliver success for the PNG Hunters, both on and off the field.
